Here are some photos of Sunday’s Opening Ceremony….thanks to all who came down to take part…. we had a moment of remembrance for the friends and great supporters of carnival we have sadly lost this year, a lovely poem from Mayor of Dawlish Rosie Dawson and a well-deserved thanks to the Carnival committee and volunteers. We then had the Dawlish in Bloom and Best Dressed Window prizes.
